1- Firearm Acquisition

 The consignment process starts with a phone discussion of what you have to consign.  Once we agree on the terms of a simple one-page consignment agreement, we can do one of three things:  1) arrange for shipment of your guns to us  2) arrange for drop-off of your guns if you're in the area or easiest of all 3) we pick up your guns at your location*.  Once your firearms are in our possession we will log them into our ATF approved log book, furnish you with a receipt of your consignment and begin the next step.

 We will take professional photographs using a professional studio and high resolution lenses to both show off your gun's true beauty and at the same time providing the potential buyer with as accurate and detailed a photographic depiction as possible.  We believe buyers are more likely to pay more money for a gun when they know exactly what they're buying. We will then research the firearms to the extent necessary in order to compose an informative and, if appropriate, a historical description of the piece.  

After photography and composition is complete we will list your guns at auction on GunBroker.com, the preeminent firearms auction site on the planet, for a period of 7 or 14 days.  The combination of our stunning photographs, GunBroker's marketing tools as well as our carefully-chosen tag words for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), will draw attention to your listings and ensure that they get as broad an audience as possible.  

 Upon completion of the auction and irrespective of payment to us, we will begin the process of disbursing the net proceeds to you by way of a check.  The entire process, from the time we pick up your gun(s) until the time you receive your check, is completed within a period of roughly 30 days.  Please note that if your buyer does not pay we will still honor our payment to you, and we will deal with the non-paying bidder.
